When using CleanMyMailbox to filter your incoming e-mail, exempt messages from the sender from the filtering process by adding their e-mail address to your Whitelist by:
- Clicking the “Whitelist” button.
- Adding the address in the “From” line of their e-mail to you to the list.
- Clicking the “Submit List” button.
