Whitelisting Instructions For E-Mail Marketers

When using Cloudmark’s SpamNet filter, add the sender’s e-mail address to your Whitelist by:

• In Outlook, on the Cloudmark SpamNet toolbar, clicking “Options”, then “Advanced”
• Selecting the “Whitelist” tab and then clicking the “Add” button
• Entering the sender’s e-mail address and clicking “OK”
• Clicking OK again, then Yes, then OK one last time (make sure you take all these steps or your changes will NOT be saved!)
