To whitelist the sender’s e-mail address in Earthlink, add their e-mail address to your Address Book by:
- Clicking on “Address Book” – located on the left, below your Folders.
- Once the Address Book opens, clicking the “Add” button.
- On the Add Contact screen, finding the Internet Information box.
- Entering their e-mail address in the box.
- Clicking “Save.”
