If you are using Gmail, whitelist the sender by adding them as a Contact. When in your account, do this by:
- Clicking on “Contacts”
- On the next screen, clicking the “Add Contact” button at the top left (it’s to the far left of the “Search Contents” field)
- Filling in the Name and E-Mail Fields, then click the “Save” button
If the sender’s e-mail is in your Google Spam box, whitelist them by:
- Checking the box beside their message in your Spam folder
- Clicking the “Not Spam” button right above your list of e-mail messages
