If you are using the Mozilla Thunderbird e-mail software, whitelist a sender’s e-mail address by:
- Clicking the Address Book button (make sure the Personal Address Book is highlighted)
- Clicking the “New Card” button (this will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address and Other
- Under the “Contact” tab in the “New Card” window, adding the sender’s email address into the dialogue box
- Clicking “OK” to save the changes
