If you are running MSN v9, you can make sure messages reach Inbox by adding the sender’s e-mail address to your Safe List by:
- Clicking on “Settings: E-mail | Junk e-mail” located at the bottom left of the screen, just above “Calendar.”
- On the e-mail settings screen, click Junk E-Mail Guard.
- Selecting “Safe List.”
- In the space provided under “Add people to the safe list”,
typing in their e-mail address. - Clicking “Add.”
For earlier versions of MSN, add their e-mail address to your Safe List by:
- Clicking on “E-mail settings” – located at the bottom left of the screen, just above “Calendar.”
- On the E-mail settings screen, clicking “Junk Mail.”
- Selecting “Safe List.”
- Clicking “Add an Item” to this list.
- Once the “Add To Safe List” box appears, entering their e-mail address, into the space provided.
- Clicking “Add.”
