Whitelisting Instructions For E-Mail Marketers

If you are using the Norton AntiSpam utility, whitelist the sender’s e-mail address by:

• In Norton AntiSpam, clicking the Status & Settings tab
• Clicking “AntiSpam,” then “Configure”
• Clicking the “Allowed List” tab and then the “Add” button
• Entering the sender’s e-mail address in the “Email Address” box
• Clicking “OK” and then “OK” again (be sure to click “OK” both times or the changes will not be saved!
