When using the Oddpost spam filter, mark the sender’s e-mail address as “Not Spam” if it has been incorrectly identified as spam, by:
- Checking your “Probably Spam” folder and if you see that sender’s e-mail, clicking on it
- Clicking the “Move to Inbox and Mark as Not Spam” button.
