If you are using Microsoft Outlook 2003 to manage e-mail, whitelist a sender’s e-mail address by doing one of the following:
- Opening an e-mail from the, then addding the sender and the sender’s e-mail domain to your Safe List.
- Adding their e-mail address to Personal Contacts in your Outlook Address Book.
- Opening any e-mail from the sender you want to whitelist, then selecting “Mark as Not Junk”
NOTE for Outlook users: In many cases, e-mail may be getting blocked by your internet service provider before it reaches your computer. Make sure you take whatever steps necessary to whitelist the sender with your Internet Service Provider.
