If you are using the SpamPal filter, add the sender’s e-mail to your Whitelist by:
- With SpamPal running, locating the SpamPal icon in your Windows system tray and right-clicking on it.
- Selecting “Add to Whitelist”
- Entering the sender’s e-mail address and then clicking “Add”
