There are two ways to whitelist using Windows Live Hotmail.
- Add their e-mail address to your Safe List by:
- Clicking the “Mail” tab to open your mailbox.
- Clicking “Options” – located at the top right, next to Help.
- Clicking the “Junk E-Mail Protection” link.
- Selecting “Safe List.”
- In the space provided, entering their e-mail address, and clicking “Add.”
- As soon as you see their e-mail address in the Safe List box, click “OK.”
- Add their e-mail address to your Contacts list by:
- Opening an e-mail you received from them.
- Clicking the “Save Address” button, located on the right in the line of options just above the e-mail.
- Clicking “OK.”
