Whitelisting Instructions For E-Mail Marketers

There are two ways to whitelist using Windows Live Hotmail.

1. Add their e-mail address to your Safe List by:
   • Clicking the “Mail” tab to open your mailbox.
   • Clicking “Options” – located at the top right, next to Help.
   • Clicking the “Junk E-Mail Protection” link.
   • Selecting “Safe List.”
   • In the space provided, entering their e-mail address, and clicking “Add.”
   • As soon as you see their e-mail address in the Safe List box, click “OK.”
2. Add their e-mail address to your Contacts list by:
   • Opening an e-mail you received from them.
   • Clicking the “Save Address” button, located on the right in the line of options just above the e-mail.
   • Clicking “OK.”
